Simpson, Mackenzie - It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden passing of Mackenzie Simpson surrounded by her family at the Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024 at 22 years of age. Reunited with her Dad Jason (2023). Loving daughter of Brooke. Sister of Samuel (Kennedy Steele) and Lilly. Cherished granddaughter of Rita (the late John) Patterson and Jim and Deb Simpson. Fondly remembered by her Aunt Jenn (Alex) Osborne and Uncle Mark Patterson. Mackenzie will be profoundly missed by her cousins Grace and Ben Osborne, her special friend Noah, extended family and many friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Beckett-Glaves Family Funeral Centre, 88 Brant Ave., Brantford, 519-752-4331 on Saturday, December 14th, 2024 from 10-11 am. Funeral service will commence in the chapel at 11:00 am.
If desired, As expressions of sympathy donations to McMaster Children’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Live webcasting of the service is available.
