Passed away peacefully at the Brierwood Gardens on Saturday, July 23rd, 2022 in his 79th year. Fondly missed by his best friend and partner of 14 years Laverine Smithers. Deeply missed by his children Martin Towes, Sharron Towes, Michael Towes and Melanie Van Every. He will be remembered by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents George and Mabel Towes. He will be missed by all who knew him. At his request cremation has taken place and a private interment will take place at Violet Cemetery in Kingston. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. Brantford, 519-752-2543. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
