Balog, Hazel 'Kay' - Passed away after a lengthy illness at the Brantford General Hospital on Saturday, August 7th, 2021 at 93 years of age. Beloved wife of Nick of 73 years. Loving mother of Larry, Philip, Peter and Cindy. Cherished grandmother of 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Survived by sister Faye Mannen. Reunited with her son Shawn, brothers Walter and Hubert and her parents Ralph and Hazel. Kay was a pillar to her family and will be fondly missed by her extended family, friends and all who knew her. At her request cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. Brantford, 519-752-2543. Donations to Sick Kids Hospital would be appreciated.
