Obituary of Georgina Haw

Haw, Georgina Lillian Victoria Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at the Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, January 12th, 2021 at 93 years of age. Georgina was born February 19th, 1927 to Alfred Singleton and Georgina LeConte in Brantford, Ontario. Dearly beloved wife of the late Eugene Murray Haw (1998). Much loved mother of Barbara, James (Karen), Howie, Robert and Sandra (Dave). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren Scott (Shannon), Danielle, Jeremy (Missy), Robert (Amber), Janine, Becky, Jocelyn, Shane, Liz and Bobbie. Great-grandmother of Kyle, Taryn, Sean, Dexter, Felix, Estelle, Spencer, Fineas, Kalem, Conner and Rylyn. Predeceased by her daughter Jackie (1973), brother Alfred (1988) and grandson Jessy (1986). Georgina was rarely seen without knitting needles in hand and was a longtime camper at Willow Lake Park in Oakland. Special thanks to C7 Palliative Care Unit at the Brantford General Hospital for their kindness, compassion and support for mum. Funeral arrangements are entrusted with Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. Brantford, 519-752-2543. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service will take place.
