Obituary of Eleanor Pain

PAIN, Eleanor Grace It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Eleanor Grace Pain (Rose) on May 17, 2019 in her 84th year at the University Hospital in London, Ontario after a brief battle with cancer. Eleanor was much loved by daughters Brenda (Gerry), Angela (Roger), son Steven (Victoria) and the late Joanne; sisters Lynda (Murray), Marylou (Keith) and three late siblings; brother-in-law John Beattie; granddaughters, Tia (Jack), and Kerri; great-grandchildren Ava, Liam, Adam, Hailey and two deceased. Eleanor was predeceased by her parents. She will also be sadly missed by nieces, nephews and many friends. Eleanor was a long time employee of Sears Canada, Toronto, and a member of the Legion (Oakville). She enjoyed, bingo, dancing, readings, travelling, baseball/hockey, pets and much more. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St., Brantford on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. A memorial service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow, Pioneer Cemetery, Burford. Donations in memory of Eleanor to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
