Rock-Thornton, Aileen Florence 

Passed away peacefully at Telfer Place retirement home on March 19,2019 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Wray Thornton. Loving mother of David Rock (Cheryl), Ellen Lonsdale (Roger), Andrea Rock (Ron Tolhurst), Michael Rock(Julie), John Rock. Special grandmother (mother) to Shirley Ann Hache(Tanny). Caring grandmother to 23 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughters Margaret Blackett (Murray) and Sandra Rock (1955), her sons Terry Rock, Donald Rock (Maria) and several brothers and sisters. Arrangements are entrusted to the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE 30 Nelson Street, 519-752-2543. At Aileen's request, cremation has taken place and a graveside service will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 1 pm.
