Obituary of William Horney

HORNEY, William Edward "Bill" Passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 21st, 2018 at 73 years old. Beloved husband of the late Sarah Horney for over 47 years. Loving father of Joe (Brenda), Arthur (Tony) and Janice Munn. Cherished papa of 6 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Dear brother of 6 brothers and sisters and their spouses. Bill had 60 wonderful years with the Musician's Association and 45 years as Bills Variety Show. He was a long time member of the South Brant Legion and loved his time playing Santa Clause. Many thanks to the VON Brantford and the St. Joseph's Hospital, Hamilton - Nephrology Team for their loving care. A huge thanks to Ana Douglas, nurses, PSW's and all his doctors. At Bill's request cremation has been arranged through the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, (519) 752-2543. A memorial celebration will be held at a later date.
