Dear sweet Chase, you have found a place to rest! I shall remember your beautiful smile and wanderlust! Every time I hear the megaphone during our Jump Rope for Heart event, I will think of you. Whenever I hear an announcement calling someone back to class, I will think of you. You were never where you were supposed to be but that is who you were! Rest in peace, sweet boy! You were so very special to so many! To all of your family and friends whose hearts have an empty place now, may they be filled with precious memories of special times with you. It is with the greatest sadness that we extend our condolences to the family and friends of Chase Balog. He will be remembered very fondly by the staff and students of Banbury. His infectious smile and willingness to help others will forever be remembered in the halls of our school.
No one can prepare you for the loss of a much loved son/brother/friend/student. We are deeply saddened by the loss of Chase and wish you and your family strength and comfort in the days ahead. He will be truly missed by all of the staff and students who knew him here at P.J. - we will always remember his smile.

It is truly a sad moment for the whole family Chase was an amazing young manner full of respect manners the whole bit I will miss him tremendously but I will never forget him always and forever with me RIP buddy
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Chase during his time at Wendy's. He was a wonderful person to be around with such an amazing spirit. He was always extremely happy and made everyone smile that was around him, even during rough shifts.
Words simply can not express the deep sadness his passing has brought upon many, but we must always keep in mind how he was the first to brighten a room and make all those around delighted. The Chase I knew would be trying to cheer those affected up with jokes and the signature laugh that never failed to make others laugh with him.
I am deeply sorry for the loss and do wish all the best to the family of Chase Balog, knowing that I truly do not understand such a pain as losing a brother or son. You have my deepest condolences and prayers as you go through the grieving process. Let us keep our chins up and continue to smile just as he would want us to. I truly and sincerely wish the family and close friends all the best as they heal.
