Olenuk, Mary Elizabeth (nee Prine)

Passed away peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice - Hankinson House on Tuesday, April 10th, 2018 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Nicholas. Loving mother of Wayne (Alida) Harris, Margaret Anne (Doug) Armstrong, Mary (Tom) Deschenes, the late Billy Rainey, and Shirley (the late Mark) Amy. Devoted Gramma of the late Doug, the late Wayne, Amanda, Jeffrey, and Shaun, her great-granddaughters Sydney and Taylor, and her great-grandsons Dillon and Jaden. Mary is predeceased by her parents Edna and Percival Prine, and her brothers Bob (Fran), Cecil (Irene), and Doug (Yvonne), and her sister Ada (Bert). She will also be fondly remembered by several nieces and a nephew. Mary was a long time proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 90. Friends will be received at the Hill and Robinson Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson St. Brantford on Thurday, April 12th, 2018 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. and on Friday, April 13th from 10 - 11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the chapel on Friday at 11 a.m. Cremation.
