To all of Edith's family,

My heart goes out to all of you. Edith was such a loving, caring, giving person. She was one of the most generous people I've ever known. Edith lived in our building for a number of years and she has been very well-missed since she left. I will always think of Edith whenever I see a lemon pie, because hers was the best and, whenever she made one, she gave each of her friends a huge piece! Please accept my sincere condolences and know that I am thinking about all of you.

No words can ever express how many times I tried to see you lovely lady but they wouldnt let me in .

Until you were sent to 835 . I came to you again , we talked , we hugged and shared our thoughts one last time . Then a few days later I sent help to you again . Never got to see you again ...You were always a very special lady to me , and needless to say always in my heart forever will I miss you until we meet again .
