Obituary of Lois Mulligan

Mulligan, Lois Irene Lois, known to family and friends as simply Aunt Lois, passed away peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 in her 90th year. Strong in the face of adversity, she will forever be in our hearts. Aunt Lois is predeceased by her brothers Harold (Bea), Roy (Mildred) and Jack (Helen); sisters Helen Barnard (Harold) and Ruth Gamble (Percy); nieces Pam Misener, Lucy Mulligan and Linaa McMillan and nephews Jeff Mulligan and Glen McMillan. Loving aunt of Lynn and Lindy Gamble, Wayne and Pat Gamble, Carolyn and Bob Misener, Ross Misener, Sherry and Bill Watkinson and Bob Mulligan. Great-aunt to Alyssa and Ian, Taryn and John, Tracy and Kenny, Trevor, Tammy, Kim, Glen and Roberta, Craig (deceased), David and Tammy, Stephen and Gail, Diane and Craig, Amber and Chris, Brent and Dana and Alison and Joe.In addition, she cherished her time surrounded by the beauty and energy of her 26 great-great nieces and nephews. A special thank you to Michelle, Susan, Laura and Denise of Comfort Keepers for their care and companionship and making her feel like part of their family. Friends will be received at the HILL and ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME and CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, Brantford, on Friday, March 17, 2017, 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. A Service of Remembrance will be held in the chapel on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00 pm. Interment to take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to the SickKids Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
