Condolences
What a great video reflecting memories of John and family. Such a huge loss. John will be missed by so many of us from his Lomas family, may you find peace in knowing this. With deepest sympathies to all, Hugs Mona.
From yoda ears and the red park, to big rigs and bikes. You've taught me many things in my lifetime, sparked many interests, shared many laughs, and even more memories. You were always the best example of what a man should be. Excellent husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle you name it. There was nothing you couldnt do with your hands, especially when it came to helping people. A man's work is never done. And Uncle John no one gave more truth to that then you. I know i speak for not just the family.. but anyone that had ever had the pleasure of knowing you when i say you will always be loved, and greatly missed.
Love you Uncle John
John was an amazing man and I am so blessed to have worked with him for the last 11 years! He always had a funny story or a kind word, or even just a hug and a "see ya later kid"! What a special man taken from us far too soon! We will miss you John!
My condolences to Joanne and the family!
All our love and prayers

Jenelle and Paul,
Love the Memorial Video that you put together; your Dad looks like he was a great guy and I wish that we had got to know more of him. Dave, I'm sure would have enjoyed having a beer with him; the Welsh and the East Coasters have a lot in common.... lotta fun and down to earth. I can see from the pictures Jenelle, that you were close to him. :)
Thinking of you in the coming months...
Stay close,
love, joyce
I was very sorry to hear of John's passing. He was a great neighbour and a good friend. I always enjoyed my conversations with John and he will be sorely missed. He was always helpful when we needed a hand and was very generous with his time. We would like to express our condolences to Joanne and the girls.
Sorry I was unable to make it to the visitation and service as I have trouble getting out and around these days.
Warm regards,
Harold

To Joanne, Mandy and Jennelle, and family, extending you our deepest condolonces at this time.It still doesn't seem real knowing that John is not with us anymore. We will never forget our games of cards in the winter and sitting around the fire in the summer. We will sure miss his joke telling and his laugh.Joanne know that we are there for you always.John till we meet again take care buddy ,love ya always.xoxoxoxo.
Joanne, Amanda, Jenelle (and extended family). I was shocked and saddened to hear of John's passing. We have truly lost one of the greats. From the first time I met you all, you treated me like family, and almost 20+ years later I am honoured to have been introduced to you all and open my arms with a big hug waiting for you all. John always had a way of making you smile. From his fishing tales, to driving his rig, to those darn knees; he was never to busy to give you a hand and always made it a point to make sure you were taken care of. I remember one of the last things John said to me when I asked him about a "Jig's Dinner", he said "well if your waitin for an invitation, you ain't gettin' it from me". It was his way of telling you : "the door is always open". Good memories is all I have of John, I hope you all take those and keep his spirit alive. Rest in peace gentle giant, you will be missed but NEVER forgotten.
