HAVENS, John Francis
May 24, 1943 - August 13, 2015
After a brief illness, at the Hamilton General Hospital, in his 73rd year. Survived by his sons John and Steven, their mother Marilyn, his precious granddaughters Summer and Lily and his best friend Karen. John will be dearly missed by his brother-in-law Bob Allcock (Paula), Sisters Sonia Shepherd, Gerri Havens, Nicola Rowe, Susan Havens and Rebecca Allison (Paul) and brothers Don and Bob Havens, numerous nephews and one niece. Sadly missed by his good fishing buddy, Jimmy. Predeceased by his parents Robert and Eileen Havens (nee Burford); brothers-in-law Evan Shepherd, Wesley Rowe and Brian Allison. Special thanks to the ICU nurses at Hamilton General (and niece Michelle) for their outstanding care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to HILL AND ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE.
