KNOX, Doris (nee Willson) - Peacefully on Saturday, May 21st, 2011, at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 80th year. Dear wife of the late Lorne Knox (1991). Beloved mother of Wayne Willson, Shelley MacDonald (John House) and Cindy Knox (Al Hicks). Loving grandmother of Matthew, Jason (Dean), Derek (Lish), Shayne (Jennifer), Dylan, Brittany, Kyle, Lorna, Maxwell and great-grandmother of Jordan. Much loved sister of Betty Hurley, Shirley Robillard, Donald (Darlene) Willson and sister-in-law of Doreen Thompson and Betty (John) Mihaichuk. Predeceased by her brother Bill Willson, her sisters-in-law, Bernice Pierce and Sheila Rochon and brothers-in-law Alan Knox and Jim Knox. She will also be dearly missed many other family members and friends. Friends will be received at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street, on Thursday, May 26th, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday at 3:00 p.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Diabetes Association, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Chrons & Colitis Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
