PAPP, James - Passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on Wednesday, December 29th, 2010. Survived by his beloved wife of 33 years Mary Catharine "Katy" Papp (nee: Robinson); daughters Barbara (Ken) Polanio and Brenda (Vitalio) Steele; step-daughters Sue (Scott) Whittaker and Sally (Richard) Pieprzak; sons Jim, Larry and Dennis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Also survived by his brothers Stephen (the late Judy) and John (Irene). Predeceased by his parents Sophie and Emery Papp; his brothers Frank and Joseph and his first wife Irene. Jimmy was a long time employee of Westinghouse and White Farm Equipment and was the original owner of Papp Variety. At the family's request, burial took place privately. Arrangements entrusted to the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street. Donations to the Brant S.P.C.A would be appreciated.
