Condolences
I only knew Gord for a short time but he always made me feel welcome in his home and during family gatherings. Gord always had an interesting story and a good sense of humour and you could tell that he had a big heart. Gord was a very likable person and it was a pleasure to know him. I will miss our visits.
So many good memories, so man fun times; Camping, fishing trips, the random drives you loved to take, taking me and Tanya up to swim, stupid poems I used to write you ( which I see you kept, lol), Listening to you play the harmonica, singing to older songs you knew, dancing with you when I was little, dressing up with ur boots, you teaching me how to drive, all the special times you had with Brayden, our talks and so much more. You were my dad and my mother all in one, and you did one hell of a job!! I love you more than you will ever know, part of my heart is torn and nothing can ever mend it or fill that void. You were my world... I love you... and miss you like crazy, everywhere I look something reminds me of you. So many cherished memories. You were number one in my life and always will be! Love, your rugrat!
Some of my most cherished memories of my Dad
When I was a little girl sitting on your lap, while you played the mouth organ. When you use to ask me to sing. You coming to the Easter Vigil and supporting me. When you came to my wedding and cried. Liam's baptism celebration was another.
Love,
Julie Joyce
To The Joyce Family, Mr J was a very very special friend, dad, brother and son to all that knew him. He will be greatly missed, but never forgotten in our hearts, spirits and souls. My deepest condolences to the Joyces and their extended family. Sincerely, Nigel Moo Choy
Hey there big guy. I just wanted to tell you that you always held a special place in my heart for taking me under your wing all those many years ago. It wasn't until just recently I figured out that you always knew what we were up to - but you let us go about it anyway. You were a very special man in my life for quite a while and became like a second father to me. You're deeply missed by more people than I think you'll ever know.
