It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our loving mother at Delhi Nursing Home on Saturday, October 31, 2009 in her 82nd year. Loving wife of the late Edward Dawdy. She leaves behind 3 sons Gerald (Wendy), Patrick (Barbara), Randall (Lorraine) and 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Patsy will be sadly missed by brother Mike (Yvonne) and sisters Jackie Smith (Gene) and Lucy Fleice
(Ron). Predeceased by her sisters Eileen Dawdy, Lorraine Gardiner and Elise Kerry and brothers Johnny, Leo and Gabriel. Mom was a hard worker. She worked in tobacco in her younger years and retired from France Compressor. She was the life of a party. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street on Tuesday, November 3 from 12 - 2 pm. Funeral Service in the Chapel on Tuesday at 2 pm. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers donations to the Delhi Nursing Home, 750 Gibraltor Street, Delhi, Ontario, N4B 3B3 would be appreciated.
