HOFMAN, Lambertus "Bert" - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Monday, February 23rd, 2009 in his 72nd year. Loving father of Andrew Hofman, Karen and her husband George Nicol. Caring grandfather of Melissa, Owen and Nora. Survived by his brothers John, Martin and Albert. Bert will also be missed by his good friends John and Sally, Tanya, Dave and Patty, and Bob and Grace. At Bert's request there will be no service or visitation. Cremation has taken place.
