Van Wart, Stephen Ernest - Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, February 1, 2015 in his 59th year. Beloved son of the late Donald and Maureen Van Wart. Dear brother of Linda (Stan) Delmore and Wesley. He will also be fondly remembered by his nephew Wyatt. Stephen retired in 2014 from the Toronto District School Board. According to his wishes, cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 519-752-2543. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
