ROWLEY, Laura May (nee Near) - Peacefully at Versa Care on Friday, June 27, 2008, in her 79th year. Loving wife of the late Allen Rowley (2000). Beloved mother of Cathy, Bruce, Brian, Glenn (Angela) Rowley. Much loved grandmother of Geordan, Andrea, Renee and Evelina Rowley. Great-grandmother of 3 great-grandchildren. Laura will be fondly remembered by her extended family members and friends. A sincere thank you for the care and support given to Laura by the staff of Versa Care. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street on Wednesday from 2-3 pm. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 3 p.m. A private interment service will be held at Mount Hope Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Laura to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
