MICKS, Barbara Julia - Passed away at the Brantford General Hospital on June 27, 2008 in her 71st year. Barbara went to be with her Lord while surrounded by family and prayers. She is predeceased by her husband Harold and her parents Helen and William Bullock. Beloved mother of Harold "Rod". Loving grandmother of Sean and Jessie. Caring sister of Norman (Marilynne) Bullock, Alvira South (the late Bruce), and Carol Ann (Cecil) Murphy. Dear Aunt of Scott, Jason, Jeremy, and Noel Bullock, Patrick Murphy, Deborah Gamble, and Michael South. Harold and Barbara were active members for many years in the Royal Canadian Legion - Branch 90 as President and Secretary. Barbara was a life long resident of Brantford and will be missed by her many friends. She was an adherent of the Baptist Church. At Barbara's request cremation has taken place privately. A date and time for a memorial service will be announced at a later date. Donations to the Brantford General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
