WOZNIAK, Kay - Peacefully, at Leisure World, on Monday September 1st, 2014. Loved Mother, Mother-in-law, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother. Born on June 10, 1914 in Poland and immigrated to Canada with her family in 1951. Kay is predeceased by her husband Joseph (2000), son Henry (2007) and grandson Tim Ledger Dussault (2013). Dearest Mother of Terry Dussault (Roland) and Mother-in-law of Mary Ann Wozniak. Much loved Babcia to Henry Wozniak Jr., Monica Hooper (Scott), Nancy Dussault (John Marton), Ed Dussault and Alexander Wozniak (Jennifer). Much loved Great-Babcia to Gabrielle Marton. Memorial donations to the charity of your choice. Cremation has taken place.
