Obituary of Daniel Sheehan

SHEEHAN, Daniel Joseph "Chooch" - It is with saddened hearts we announce the passing of Dan "Chooch". After a courageous battle, Dan left us on Tuesday, December 17th, 2013 at 12:50 p.m. He will be greatly missed by his long time companion and wife Nancy Spencer, his many brothers and sisters, his loving children and by the many people who called Chooch their friend. Dan left us while in the company of his brother Dave and life long friend Eddy Martin. He is predeceased by his parents David Sr. and Elizabeth, and his sister Bonnie. Chooch we will miss you, your smile, and sense of humour. May you be in heaven an hour before the devil knows your gone, may the road rise up to meet you, may the wind always be at your back, may the sun shine warmly on your face and the rain fall softly upon your soul. Until we meet again Danny, may God hold you gently in the palm of his hand. Good bye Chooch from all the people in this world that you held close to your heart. Special Thanks to Angela and the nursing staff at the Brantford General Hospital, who took such loving care of Dan, we are gratefully in your debt. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, on Friday from 10-11 a.m. A Funeral Service will follow in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
