BERRY, Irene Margaret (nee Rice) - Passed away peacefully, on Friday, October 18th, 2013, at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 79th year. Beloved mother of Kathryn "Kathy" (Laurien) Godin, Lori "Lorraine" (Paul) DeJong. Much loved Granny of Emily, Adam, Rachel, Erica and Megan. Dear sister of Joyce Roswell, Lenore (Harold) Berry and Dorothy (Dave) West. Predeceased by her parents Leonard and Alice Rice and her sister Betty Moore. Irene will also be dearly missed by her special friend Arved Maiste as well as many other family members and friends. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, on Tuesday, October 22nd, from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
