SCOTT, Diane (nee Hughes) - Gone to be with her Lord and Savior, Diane passed away on Thursday, February 21st, 2013, at the Stedman Community Hospice, in her 58th year. Beloved wife of Gordon Scott for over 37 years. Loving mother of Kevin (Shelley) Scott, Amanda (Donald) Kirby, Krystal (Scott McDonald) Scott and Nathan (Sarah Schienbein) Scott. Dear grandmother of Kalisha, Mikaela, Hannah, Taylor, Addisyn and Olivia. Much loved sister of Dan (Thea) Hughes, Jessie (the late Patrick) Donohue, Maurice (Joanne) Hughes, John (Kim Watt) Hughes and the late Doug Hughes. Survived by her mother Jessie (the late Maurice) Hughes. Life long Nurse, Diane worked at the Brantford General Hospital for over 20 years, and more recently at the Stedman Community Hospice. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson, on Sunday, February 24th, from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday at 11:00 a.m. Interment Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Donations to the Stedman Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
