Condolences
Dear Mark, Cathy and Family, I am very sorry to hear about Toots passing. I'm sure you have some wonderful memories of her and her life… treasure them all they will be a great comfort and will help you during the difficult days ahead. May you find some comfort in knowing she is now at peace....God bless you all. Colleen and Dave Richardson
We got to know Toots at Riverview Terrace. She was truly one of a kind and we loved her. The patio at Riverview is not the same without her, however, the kitten she took under her care last year continues to visit and is well loved because he is "Toots' cat.". We will never forget her!
Mark and Kathy - So sorry to hear of Toot's passing. She truly was one of those special people that you meet in life that you never forget. I miss having those 2 hour long coffee breaks in the kitchen on Sheridans Street - Head office for Campbell Construction in the early years. I'll miss catching up on all the gossip and she always told me that in the construction business, if I hadn't heard a rumour by noon - start one. Great memories will last forever.
Memories of Toots - just what can I say. Memories, I can't help but smile as I think about all those the times sitting at her kitchen table - the secrets and the laughter we shared. Memories, of every morning (during the business years), telephoning each other, usually more than once - with the same greeting "Hi, it's me, are you busy … can you talk". Those conversations would go on for the better part of an hour each time. Memories, of her fondly talking about her family, her dog/s and her love for animals - they were endless, they were wonderful.
Memories, she also helped and showed me how to set up my company books for the accountant - I still do it the exact way she taught me today. I often joked that if any thing turned up wrong she would be going to jail with me. She was truly a wonderful woman, and a truly wonderful friend. Over time as our lives changed she and I drifted apart from each other … oh I never forgot her … (no one could once she entered your life). However I'd occasionally phone her every now and then and she would pick right up like we had just seen each other the day before - I'll miss those sporadic and special calls. Rest in Peace dear, dear friend.

Dear Mark, Kathy and family: I am so sorry about your loss. I know how wonderful you were to "Toots" and I'm certain that her final days were better because of the love and attention that you gave her. It's very difficult to lose a mother/grandmother, and she will be greatly missed by all of you. I will hold you close in my thoughts during this sad time. My sincere condolences, and lots of hugs too- Patti
Dear Marie and to your entire family! We were very sorry to hear of your sister "Toots" passing. It's never easy loosing anyone close to your heart - I lost my sister at the end of this past May so I know what you and your family will be going through. Keep loving each other and know that Toot's is now flying with the Angels. Thinking of you Marie.
