Passed away surrounded by love on February, 24th, 2012 at the John Noble Home. Cherished husband and soul mate of Myrna Carpenter. Special dad of Sonny, Vincent and John Gilchrist. Special papa of Robert, Brenden, Mike, Nathan, Cory, Danielle, Kayla and Kyle and great-granddad of Jaida. Loving brother of Nita (Fred) Robins, Elaine Cyril, Clifford, Roger. Much loved uncle of Theressa and Freddie and many other nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Yvonne Carpenter and his brother Cecil.Special bro of Doug and Barb Gibson and family. Friends will be received at the HILL & ROBINSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 30 Nelson Street, on Tuesday, February 28th, from 12-1p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery. Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Brant would be greatly appreciated.
