YAKE, Brenda - Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital on Thursday, January 5th, 2012 in her 52nd year. Beloved partner of Troy Smith. Loving mother of Kyle, Kelvin and Josh (Lori Staats) Yake. Caring grandmother of Kameryn, Aaliyah, Isiah and Eliaih. Dear sister of Kim Yake, Sheri (Jody) and Kevin. Also survived by her caring father Ben Yake (Joanne). A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Hill & Robinson Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 30 Nelson Street on Saturday from 10 a.m. until noon. Cremation has taken place. Donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated
